Booking our camps are simple.
1) Check the calendar (on the left of page) to see if the camp your are
interested is available.
2) Fill out the online application form.
3) Wait for the booking agent to contact you.
Frequently asked Questions
1) Who can use scout camps?
By national policy only "like minded" groups
may rent our facilities. Examples are Cadets, Church youth groups,
Schools etc.
2) Are there any other requirements?
a). Scouts Canada
requires that we obtain proof of general Liability insurance, reflecting a
combined limit of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and specifying that
Scouts Canada has been included as an additional insured.
The appropriate Certificate of Insurance must be attached to the signed
hold harmless agreement.
b). The third
party must complete a hold harmless agreement.
3) What
facilities are not included in the rental?
The
rental does NOT include the services of Scouts Canada’s employees
(e.g. lifeguards, cooks, etc.), provision of products (e.g. food, craft
supplies) or the use of program apparatus such as climbing walls, obstacle
courses, swimming pools, etc.
Alcohol is
prohibited on any scout property.
